I have already begun to notice some benefit. I have seen gains in my sets. Not necessarily that they have become easier but more that my recovery time seems to have been cut so I can do the same workout faster and seems more intense. I have been able to increase the weight as well but I am not pushing it too much.

I am in my early 40s now, and have been weight training more or less all my adult life. I used to play hockey when I was younger competitively, and really enjoyed spending time in the gym bulking up to give me an edge on the ice with the physical play. I’ve since carried over that passion for training post playing hockey, and weight train about five or six times a week. Being in my early 40s, it’s happens that I don’t have the same gusto that I once did. I still train as hard as I used to, and even lift the same weights, but I will admit it takes more effort these days. Certainly, that could be attributed, to some degree, to the aging process, and so I was very keen to try these to see if they would help a guy like me in my early 40s. In the onset, it’s kind of difficult to quantify any particular change from the first few times that you take it. However, if you’re persistent with it, you will see on the aggregate that your training will improve. I have noticed myself gain strength, as well as muscle mass, and my energy levels have also been marginally improved. I like to take them about half an hour before I workout with a pre workout drink, as well as some BCAA, and I find that that combination does a good job in giving me the extra energy I need to push through a good routine. I’m not gonna claim that I feel like I’m 22 again, but I will say that I have noticed gains, and I think that these HGH have been a big help. I have certainly noticed muscular gains, and that to me is a very positive sign that they are doing a fairly good job.
