Refunds:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the medication in its original, unopened packaging. Once we receive the medication, we will process your refund and credit your account within 5-7 business days.
Returns:
We also understand that there may be times when you need to return the medication due to changes in your prescription or incorrect shipment. In such cases, you can request a return by contacting our customer support team within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our customer representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you must include in the returned package. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a of the original invoice.
Please note that we do not accept returns for medications that have been opened or used.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except if you received damaged or defective products due to our shipping and handling.
