Evkeeza (evinacumab) is a prescription medication used to treat adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). HoFH is a rare genetic disorder that causes very high cholesterol levels in the blood.

Evkeeza is given as an injection under the skin once every 4 weeks. The dose is based on the patient’s weight.
