Symkevi (tezacaftor/ivacaftor) is a tablet medicine approved for the treatment of cystic fibrosis (CF) patients who are 12 years or older. Each tablet contains 100mg of tezacaftor and 150mg of ivacaftor and must be taken in conjunction with another medicine that contains 150mg of ivacaftor alone. The medicine is sold under the brand name Symkevi in Europe and Symdeko in the United States.
