Leqvio (inclisiran) is a prescription medication used to lower cholesterol levels in adults with primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidemia (conditions that cause high levels of fats, including cholesterol, in the blood). It is also used to treat heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (a genetic condition that causes high cholesterol).
